In order to offer the best quality and service possible, we wish to acquaint you with the
following policies and conditions:
1. The return of only one photograph does not constitute a refund or a lesser payment, as
the amount billed is for one copy only, the second being complimentary with the purchase
of the first.
2. Payment for all photographs and services is due and payable within thirty (30) days of
the billing date.
3. A service fee of $2.00 will also be added to any account over 30 days old.
4. Returns are acceptable on photographs of obvious poor quality or unbecoming shots of
the dog that are the fault of the photographer ONLY when made within 14 days of the
billing date. Returns for any other reason are acceptable ONLY at the discretion of
the photographer and may constitute grounds for not sending photographs in the future.
5. Phone orders are accepted when charged to VISA or Mastercard accounts.
6. A $25.00 bank service charge will be added to all returned checks.
