What are your payment options?
We accept only Visa or Master Card. For website transactions, we use Paypal to process our payments. For a full explanation of why we use Paypal, please click here. You may also pay with a check or money order. Instructions for sending us payment are listed on the order form.

My photograph looks fuzzy on the internet web page, why? Will it look like that when I receive the photographs?
NO, we use a very low resolution for our web page. When you receive your ordered show set, they will be custom printed and color balanced and sharp.

If I wish to have art work done on my photo, is there a charge?
If it is something that we have missed, like a sign change~Carl had the Best of Breed sign up instead of Winners Bitch; There is no charge. If you wish to have a judge removed or a background changed, the minimum charge is $15.00 and the price depends on how much work it takes to get the background filled in without the judge.

I paid for photographs at the dog show but have not received them.
Please just send me an email and always give the following information:

  • Name of Show
  • Date
  • Breed
  • Win
  • How you "Paid" for the photographs

Do not send in another order!! Just a reminder please.

I was charged twice for the same photograph.
Please always give me the date that the credit card was charged and the dollar amount for both charges so I can verify that you were charged for the same show set and not two different charges.

I paid by check for photographs but am being charged for them plus a late fee.
Before you notify me of the error in being charged, please FIRST check on your bank statement to be sure that your check has cleared the bank.

What is the return policy?
"Returns" are not acceptable on photographs ordered from the web site unless they are of obvious poor quality, and is the fault of the photographer ONLY within 14 days. We will correct the problem for you and return them to you as soon as possible. It is always easier for the office to receive an email than it is a phone call as all the information can be printed out on hard copy and given to the person who needs to follow up on the information.

What if I want to send a photo to someone else?
If you wish to have a photo sent to another party at the time you order, please give the complete mailing information. If you have ordered 3copies and wish one copy sent to a second party, there is a $2.50 mailing/handling fee.

What are the payment guidelines?
Payment for all photographs and services is due upon receipt. You will receive a late fee of $2.00 on accounts that are past due 30 days, and additionally $2.00 for every 30 days not paid.

RUSH ORDERS of 3 days or less will be charged double the listed price.

You may keep your charge card on file with us and be automatically charged for your photos when sent.

When calling the Studio, you may leave any personal information such as your credit card number, as our answering machine is a personal one and I am the only person to pick up messages. Any information that you have given to AWS will not be shared with anyone; i.e. mailing lists, etc.

I'd like a custom photo taken of my animal. How much does that cost?
The sitting fee for a portrait photo is $75.00. The prints run at the same rate as the show photos - $35 for 2 - 8 x 10, $50 for 2 - 8 x 10 and 2 5 x 7, $70 for 2 8 X 10's, 2 4 X 5's, and 8 Wallets and $85 for 2 8 X 10's, 2 5 X 7's, 2 4 X 5's and 8 Wallets. Owners are welcome in the photo. Please call us for more information.
